Rogers Sports Group wants you to be happy with our products and services. That's why we've made our return process as quick and convenient for you as possible.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at 1-800-829-7311 or e-mail us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction.
We will however, refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
You must contact us for a Return Authorization number before shipping. We are unable to accept returns without this number clearly marked on the outside of your package. Any items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender.
